INSTRUCTIONS TO THE HEAD/PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR OF THE
DEPARTMENT/COLLEGE/INSTITUTE
1. List of provisionally admitted candidates (non-sponsored along with SC and ST category and Sponsored candidates) at the end of Round 1 is linked herewith (Format A and Format B).
2. You are directed to download your college list and make the admissions of the candidates accordingly.
3. The last date of reporting the candidate at the institute is 25th July 2009 (upto 5.00 pm)
4. Follow the procedure for the admission as mentioned in the Rules and Information for M. Pharm. Admission 2009-10.
5. If candidate is willing to retain the seat, he/she has to fill the Status Retention Form (SRF), failing which seat will be treated as vacant seat.
6. Fill the columns in Format A and Format B for admitted candidates properly. No further correction in these formats will be accepted as the further vacancy position will be determined based on these Formats only.
7. You are directed to send the status of admitted candidate in Format A and Format B (scanned copy in .jpg, .bmp, .pdf , .doc, .docx formats only) signed by the Head/Principal/ Director on 25th July 2009 by 5.30 p.m. by email to pgadmission2009@gmail.com. Send hard copy of Format A and Format B along with copy of SRF of admitted candidates who has filled up SRF (competent authority copy) by courier immediately. Do not send the scanned copies of SRF by email.
